Carry out preliminary studies of Projects prior to award to produce Kick-Off Meeting presentations, proposed schedule and progress measurement, expected deliverables list and etc.
Perform project management works e.g. preparation of Weekly/Monthly Progress Reporting, Project related deliverables, and milestone invoicing among others.
Monitoring of project progress and project schedule, consisting of project deliverables, manhours and etc.
Provide vital input towards the development of the Project Execution and Quality Plan (PEQP) and ensure that the Project is carried out in-line with it.
To be able to precisely identify and explain which inter Disciplines deliverables and documents will be affected due to consequences of design change originating from other Discipline.
Act as a focal point between Client, inter-disciplines, third parties and vendors.
Conduct internal meetings/discussions with internal Disciplines and also externally with Clients and Third Parties to work towards a practical and successful way forward to any holding issues.
Anticipate challenges that may affect progress, schedule and manhours and implement measures to address them.
Mitigate design issues within inter-disciplines.
Preparation of Job Completion Tickets, Invoices and Change Orders for submission to Clients.
Promotes and encourage safe practice by presenting a 5 minute safety briefing prior to start of every external weekly/monthly project meeting.
Conducted internal and external schedule challenge sessions to accommodate all submission gates within the stipulated duration set by Client due to the fast track nature of the Project.
Focal person for the VDR/VDI packages.

Posted in Klang as the main contractor to handle the construction of main sewerage pipe and pump stations ranging up to 9 km
and costing up to RM 97 million.
Responsible for ensuring pipe jacking and open cut methods for pipes and building construction of the pump stations are in
accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, and procedures.
Design the Jacking and Receiving Pit for the pipe jacking method.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and schedule the work program for the whole length of the project overseeing any
obstacle that might occur during construction.
Liaising with client (Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan), consultant and sub-contractors to keep the project progress on track.
