-Reviewing the Shop Drawings related to Electrical Systems in liaison to Indian Electricity Rules & Regulations. (Lighting, Power layouts, DB Load Schedules, Single Line Diagrams etc).
-Meetings with Client/ Consultants regarding ongoing Project progress and various Technical issues concerned with the handed over buildings maintenance.
-Monitoring sub contractors of Fire Alarm, Telecom, Access Control, IP CCTV & BMS Systems.
-Coordinating with Mechanical systems like Plumbing, Firefighting & HVAC systems.
- Preparation of Cost Variations due to changes in Project during execution phase & updating Cost impact results to the Project Controller to assure integration of the results into the Business Plan.
-Coordinating with the procurement team and follow up for material delivery with the related suppliers.
-Involving in the Review of As-built Drawing & Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
-Identifying the different equipment and materials required based on the Contract Specifications & BOQ thereby review of Material submittals.
-To Co-ordinate with QS team regarding Monthly Invoices for assigned tower projects and following it for approval from the Client.
