Supervision and Project Management of Local Roads and Infrastructure
Implementation of the approved management plans including project quality plan (PQP).
Report on the progress and quality performance of KEO’s deliverables in accordance with
the agreed performance criteria (KPIs).
Submitting Monthly/Weekly/Daily reports as required.
Review contractor’s submissions shop drawings and As-built drawings.
Monitor and reporting of progress and quality of utilities/road construction.
Oversee works of the Engineers and the field staff.
Coordinate Technical Workshops with the team as and when required.
Make regular site visits, Raise Site Observation Report and Non-Conformance Report as
and when required.
Assist QA/QC Engineer to perform quality audits on the Contractor construction process.
Responsible for ensuring that the construction works are executed as in accordance with
the contract requirements.
Coordinate with the team in capturing Lesson Learned.
Ensuring that internal audits are conducted as per the schedule established for this project

Supervision of Service Roads Enhancement to the North Road(Expressway) Corridor
Assign duties & supervision staff on a daily basis ensuring contractor activities are adequately covered.
Review, understand & implement on site contract drawings and specification.
Implement HSE site safety standards and procedure daily with contractor.
Effectively communicate project milestone and goals with staff.
Prepare and manage project reports to facilitate progress of he woks quality technical confirmation, safety and other related matter
Supervise and inspect site works on a daily basis with continuous monitoring of the labor working critical areas or all matters of quality, safety and progress in compliance with procedure
Assist RE with correspondence, submittals and RFI's to the contractor
Prepare, submit and non-conformance and site deficiency notification to site manager for their issuance to the contractor
Supporting site manager in daily meeting with contractor representative for "Request for Inspection"(RFI's) in accordance with with the contractor short term look ahead schedule
Assisting RE & QS team with the contractor regarding the value of claims or change in the work schedules
Attending progress meeting at site as required by senior Resident Engineer (SRE)
Comprehensive knowledge of design, construction technique, procedure, code & standards
Managing and coordinating project functions
Strong team leadership with good soft-people skils essential in communicating with directly staff, clients, consultants, agencies, locals authorities
Maintain positive client relationship and professional Firm image
Detail orientate & adoptable to change
Understand to identify and asses project risk and providing solutions to the complex issues, appropriately involving staff in the in the decision making process
