Co-ordinated the international grand launch event for QBN in collaboration with London City Trading, overseeing every detail from pre-launch preparations to the gala and yacht party.
- Managed guest lists, confirmations, and designed customized tickets for a seamless event experience.
- Orchestrated the participation of partners from 11 countries, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Played a key role in the three-day event- Pre-launch party, Main event, Gala & Yacht party, handling registrations, badges, parking, seating, and addressing queries during breaks.
- Created and communicated the comprehensive schedule, ensuring all participants were well-informed and engaged.
- Assisted in managing guests during the event, guaranteeing a memorable experience for all attendees.
- Contributed to the success of the grand raffle, adding an extra layer of excitement and engagement to the event.
Assigned to the sales team -
• Working directly with the marketing and sales teams in planning and implementing effective strategies.
• Help clients with trading solutions, ideas, and analysis.
• Execute the companys sales strategies.
• Onboarding new clients and deposits. And maintaining existing clients.
Participated as a coordinator for the World’s Leading Investment Platform - Annual Investment Meeting (AIM Global 2023) hosted by the Abu Dhabi Government with the support of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
Assigned to the business development team, I was responsible for -
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within the assigned industries for the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM 2023)
- Utilize email campaigns, phone calls, and other communication channels to reach out to leads and extend invitations.
- Schedule and organize B2B meetings.
- Assist in ensuring the delivery of VIPs physical invitations in UAE in partnership with ARAMEX.
- Reaching out to organizations and top investors of the MENA Region to participate in the event.
- Assigned to ADX during the event to handle all meetings and helped out with the investors hub.
- Assisting in coordinating and managing daily operations, such as order processing and delivery logistics.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation and campaign analysis.
- Collaborating with the operations team to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Providing customer support and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
