Manages the workload of Point & Pointrep restorations.
Activate all MNPs (Mobile Number Portability) pre to post sales activations through E-fix & E-front software, created Number portability request (NPR) through E-point and making Free of Cost (FOC) Sims charges approval sheet.
Generate monthly reports for miscellaneous activities.
Responsible for all the records keeping related to the customer support.
Generate sales and have the responsibility of distributing to others members of the team.
Making appointments with corporate clients and further coordinating with them in respect of any issues.
