Joint venture’s (JV) plan is to invest USD 1.5 billion over the first six years in the Saudi fuel retail market with the aim of providing motorists with premium fuels and retail services in Saudi Arabia.
Key Accomplishments:
• Successfully led the budget and business plans process for the past five years.
• Developed financial models for annual budget, business plans, long-term forecasts, cash forecasts and economic feasibility studies of projects.
• Preparation of board and audit committee presentations for performance and financial reviews.
• Preparation of monthly performance reviews in collaboration with business leaders to build meaningful narratives around the financial performance.
• Served as the Acting Finance Controller during a one-year vacancy in the position.
• Oversaw the treasury function, including liquidity and cash management, for two years.
• Successfully completed the year-end financial closing and served as the key representative for the finance department during external audits.
• Served as the Finance subject matter expert (SME) during the design phase of the SAP implementation.
• Key finance department representative to work with consultants for special projects, pre-acquisition due diligence (EY), Business valuation (PwC) and Finance Policies & Procedures (KPMG).

• Preparation of monthly & annual consolidated financial statements for the group for 4 years.
• Contributed to the preparation of the annual budget for a one-year period.
