• Represent Unitel in front of the Client (Mainly ZAIN) and other related parties (such as Amman municipality and ministry of public works)
• Leading a team of sub-contractors, site engineers, surveyors, and technicians to accomplish the mission and act as a focal point to coordinate and guide all the team members.
• Preparing Contracts & BOQ’s, participate in projects’ pricing, issuing invoices to clients, and managing sub-contractors agreements and invoices.

• Responsible for the implementation of all the civil works in site which including: Concrete works, Tiling works, Building's finishing works.
• Utilities works (Excavation, piping, Manholes and valve boxes implementation)
• Review standards and drawings to ensure the implementations according to ARAMCOs standards
• Supervise survey works, preparing survey reports.
• Prepare and built drawings for the finished civil works.
• Lead a team of subcontractors, foremen, surveyors and labors to accomplish the mission.

Project 2: King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA)
Consultant: Dar Al Handasah
Main Contractor: Saudi Bin Ladin (SBG)
Role: Cost Control, Contracts and Planning Engineer
• Leading a team of engineers to handle the following responsibilities:
• Contracts management
• Paying Certificates
• Claims
• Cost Estimation and Controls
• Project Planning, Project closing, handing over.

Civil Infrastructure Engineer at ZAIN
  • Jordan - Amman
  • August 2009 to February 2014

1. Following up all works related to New GSM sites implementation:
• Site survey; determination of required scope of work and materials
• Check and approve contractors’ submittals; Design drawings, shop drawings, and As built files.
• Site work supervision and quality control (earth works, concrete works and towers assembly) to
insure the compliance with ZAIN standards and GSM team requirements
• Follow up site progress and prepare progress reports for ZAIN Network management
• Issuing purchase orders as per ZAIN policies and system
• Managing Contractors, checking submitted invoices, and follow up payments
• Studying contracts and frame agreements, tendering, pricing, follow up with vendors
2. GSM Sites Expansions & modifications:
• Checking the loads capacity of the site's and its ability to the expansion process.
• Issuing Related Purchase orders and follow up site works and managing Contractors
3. Supporting other divisions & departments if needed, for all issues related to civil & power
implementation:
• Following up all works related to modifications in ZAIN head office
• Represent civil team in ZAIN Shops’ expansion and rehabilitation projects, including review
designs, supervise the civil works, and managing consultant and contractors
4. Supervision of all work related to "ZAIN" fiber route's implementation:
• Route's survey and excavation, Quality assurance, Quantities survey.
• Issuing purchase orders, Invoice's checking and receiving.
• Managing ZAIN fiber route Database (As built Drawings, routes’ locations, and lengths).
• Participate in preparing business cases (civil items part) as per Sales team requests
• Represent the civil team in the Main fiber network projects handovers’ committees
5. Follow and manage ZAIN materials related to civil works (towers, poles, and any other material)
in coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams, also Follow up GSM sites’ Shelters
fabrication, delivery, implementation and dismantling as per ZAIN requirements and
specifications
6. Check and review ZAIN specifications, policies, and standards in term of the civil works to
improve the quality of implementation and meet the continues developments in ZAIN services
and projects
