Provide Technical Support during Noor Riyadh Festival 2023 under Havas Paris co.
Prepare Tenders and review projects contracts.
Review the resourcing plan according to projects demand.

1- Leading an Engineering & Consultancy team during Noor Al Riyadh Festival 2022 under Havas Paris co.
Assist in preparing the feasibility study of the proposed locations for the festival artworks and submit the technical studies of the structures and power requirements for the authority’s approval.
Design and supervise the execution of the Artworks Foundations and slabs where needed.

2- Consultancy Works for the Development Project of Al Widyan for Akaria Saudi Real Estate (7 million sq. m) located on the western side of King Khaled Rd. Contract Value (SR 560 million).
The work mainly consists of supervising the execution of the infrastructure works for Main and Secondary roads, Wet & Dry Utilities Networks: Sewerage, Potable Water, MV & LV Electrical Networks, and other related networks.
Monitor the execution works to match the Implementation Plan and evaluate the productivity of the subcontractors.
Approve the successful inspection tests for all types of activities.
Prepare the Weekly and Monthly reports and Risk assessments for the client.
Provide solutions for any issue that might arise during the Execution.
Ensure the quality of the Project Materials match projects and authority’s specifications.
Apply FIDIC Contract rules to the main Contract.
Implementation of the Infrastructure works for NBB project of Fiber Optic in different locations in KSA.
The work consists of the Civil, Cabling and Telecom works, and make sites ready to be in service.
The completed Projects revenue value per year was SAR +30 Million.
Receive work orders from the vendor and prepare the work plan, resources, and the required materials.
Obtain the required permits from all concerned authorities and track the handover procedures after completion on time.
Attend client meetings and prepare progress reports.
Review subcontractor’s work progress and ensure supply of client approved materials to be delivered on time.
Telecom & Electromechanical Infrastructures projects for GSM and Fiber Optic Projects (NBB FTTH, and MOI Projects). The work includes establishing a small size of Data Centers to accommodate the operation systems of the Fiber Optic Network and installing GSM towers with all related Services.
1- Head of the PMO Team for all the company’s projects. Project control and Monitoring Time Frames and Delivery Schedules for all running Projects, Prepare Remedy Plans to achieve the planned productivity where needed.
2- Project Manager of MOI MIFON III project (1, 300 km, Contract Value SR +300 million) was the first project in KSA with this length of Network with many service stations, starting from North of Riyadh all over through up to North of Jeddah passing through Taif and Makkah.
Securing all required Permits for the Network route and service connections.
Prepare Survey Report for the approved route with all topographical information.
Assign Subcontractors for the different districts in which the route is passing by and prepare contracts for them as per the activity they are assigned for.
The scope of work consists of Maintenance of Horticulture, Civil, Electrical, Electro-mechanical and Electronics works. Moreover, providing Operating Teams for some sites which have, restaurants, leisure centers and other culture & sports activities or during special events. Yearly Revenue (SR + 150 million).
Managing the daily O & M activities for +20 sites all over the Kingdom. The sites were Banks, Sports Complexes and Governmental Departments such as King Abdul Aziz Historical Center with all the related buildings around it, Justice Palace, King Fahed Int. Stadium, and other large-scale projects.
Assuring Regular, scheduled & Preventative Maintenance programs are applied to all of site’s Tools & Equipments, Civil and Horticulture works.
All Electronic Systems and digital sign boards were provided by the company as it was a distributer for some worldwide famous manufacturers for this type of sign boards (Omega, Mondo, ….).
Supervise the new Constructions & Renovation works once required in our running sites and other sites, especially Construction of Football Fields, Sports indoor and outdoor courts.
Review Bidding, Tendering, and prepared contracts with clients and subcontractors
Provide the proper Architectural Design works and coordinate with other Engineering activities, Civil, Electrical, Electromechanical, and other related works.
Provide Interior designing and Furniture selection.
Contracting and Subcontracting, providing Material Suppliers locally and from abroad.
The Company provides Medical Equipments in the field of Laser and Cosmetical Treatment needs with technical support and maintenance for the equipments.
Upon clients’ requests, the company Created an engineering section for design and build of healthcare centers, Spas, and Polyclinics, to accommodate the equipments in proper spaces with and provide the required installation connections as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Supervising the design process and ensuring that the requirements of the equipments were considered and complying with the desired function.
Consultancy Supervision on the Execution of those Centers (Fit Out or new Construction) once the client asked for a turnkey project.
The scope of work consists of, Horticulture, Janitorial, Civil, Electrical, Electro-mechanical and Electronics works, also providing Operating Teams for some sites which have, restaurants, leisure centers and other culture & sports activities or during special events.

Infrastructures of Telephone Networks of TEP 6 Land Line Projects, Turnkey Projects all around the Kingdom, Including Civil, Telecom and Electro-mechanical works inside the Exchanges. The Company was the main Subcontractor for Lucent Technologies.
As a result, for the uprising of GSM Network, the company took the lead in constructing the GSM Towers with the related services.
Leading the execution teams to achieve the works monthly target. The work consists of different activities: surveying works, excavation, reinstatements, cables installation & termination.
The scope of work of GSM sites includes soil Cut & Fill works, construction of foundations and provide Electrical supply to put the site in service.
Prepare Tenders and RFPs, subcontracting and securing materials supply.
Control projects Quality and Financially.
Infrastructure and Maintenance works for a Farms Complex (+4.2 Million sqm area). Consists of:
1- 925 plots, the area of each one is 4, 000 sqm, and supplied by water and Electricity connections.
2- Roads (25 km) and Streets Lights, Sports club, and other Facilities.
Supervising all new construction and assuring to be in accordance to the complex building codes.
Supervising the maintenance works inside the projects, Civil, electrical etc.....
Hand over each plot to the owner, by confirming the benchmark and surveying data for each plot.
Supervising the construction of the Factory’s 2 Production steel structures (each of 4, 800 sqm.), Warehouses and other support Buildings.
Construction of Offices, Workshops and Staff Residence within the Factory Boundary.
Designing of Residential Buildings and Villas.
Fit out works of Commercial Showrooms and Retail Shops
Design of Governmental, Community Buildings and Residential Complexes.
Restoration of ancient places, Turkish Hammams, Khans, Arabic Style Houses, .... Design of community buildings.
