In my capacity as the CFO of Ahmad Zainy & sons Zainy Group, I'm responsible for the following:
- Securing large scale credit facilities including negotiations and finalizing of favorable agreements with banks.
- prepare projections/forecasts for new projects and operating companies.
- prepare budgets, and maintain centralized consolidated cash flow for the group.
- Effective communication with the banks
