- Bid writing, tender coordinating and stakeholders managing.
- Offering the packaging licensing/ certification product under the umbrella of the Producer Responsibility Organization “Reclay System GmbH”.
- Assisting waste packaging emitters to be compliant with environmental policies and regulations regarding the packaging waste including mainly the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
- Conducting inspections, audits, and assessments to identify compliance gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyzing the waste management infrastructure and compliance requirements in the Middle East and North Africa including Jordan, UAE (the 7 Emirates), Tunisia, and Egypt and creating a database saved in separate reports and excel sheets.
- Analyzing the Gulf environmental regulations to support the business development of the company in the MENA region.
- Participating in the implementation of the pilot phase of “Sort it Right” mobile application of recycling under the supervision of SynoptiCons and with a partnership with Greater Amman Municipality.
- Mapping of the food producers/exporters in North Africa and Middle East to work with them on their packaging compliance regarding the packaging waste regulations and the environmental policies.
- Defining and using the suitable sales channels (LinkedIn sales navigator, Emailing, exhibitions, calls, network) to attract customers.
- Building partnerships with private and public organizations of export and packaging.
- Providing consulting services including monitoring service, packaging analysis, EPR compliance, labelling obligation compliance and eco design for recyclability.
- Business Development of MENA Market including Networking, negotiating, attending events, and arranging meetings with potential clients and interesting parties for Recycle Me.

- Elaboration of nine Municipal waste management plans for the benefit of Tunisian municipalities such as Marsa, Raoued, Thibar, Bir Lahfey, Hessi Lifridh, Dehiba, Krib, Douar Hicher and Kram.
- Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) on the collection, transportation, and treatment of solid hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
- Moderating and reporting trainings within the framework of the circular economy, waste management and climate change within the German cooperation GIZ for the benefit of Tunisian municipalities.
- Drafting public-private partnerships reports for municipalities always in the framework of waste management and substantiality.
