Maintenance Manager (2010 - Current)
-Responsible for all the production lines (Maggi, Cereal, Nido, Nescafe section and Nestea sections) both electrical and Mechanical around 45 different production lines .
-Follow up the preventive maintenance plan for the lines.
-Control the maintenance Budget.
-Follow up the efficiency and performance of the production lines in order to achieve the required target.
-Lead the maintenance team to continuous Improvement of the production lines.
-Support maintenance team with the required Development need to Increase their skills.
-Support the production to achieve the factory MSA.
- Member of PM Pillar in TPM since 2012
- Member of FI Pillar in TPM since 2012
- Member of FIAT (Factory Internal Audit Team) since 2013.
- Support New Project in the Factory Starting from Design phase to have Vertical startup of the new lines.
- Lead Maintenance Project for Major maintenance of line Overall to increase output and line safety condition and enhance food safety.
- Contact the different machine supplier All over the world and getting quotations For spare parts and new machine
-Make Machine URS for new machine as per Nestle standard and global standard then make FAT for the machine on the supplier site then make SAT on our sit for the new machine
-Coach Saving Project on White Belt DMAIC to achieve Target saving



Elect Engineer in industrial service (2007 - 2009)

-Support the production and solve the Automation problems with PLCs and HMI.
-Responsible for the new Project installation “Electrical and Automation”, calculate the required material, make contact with the suppliers, put the requirements based on the international standards and follow the work to be done based on the schedule with the required level of quality.

repair of electronic card used in HVAC sys and all other m/c

Maintenanc of all Filling m/c, packaging and all electrical work was in my responsibilty, also assembling of production lines, also repair of control system

maintnance of fire alarm network and main unit of defferant type and installing new system of fire alarme and security system also fixing electronic card for both systems.
