Responsible for the overall worldwide Sales and Marketing of products and services of School and
Office Stationery (Paper and Paper Products)
Accountable for the annual orders plan for the business. Sales Planning and Forecasting: Along with
business areas, developing annual sales with objectives.
Intermediary Management: Identifies requirements for Intermediaries (Agents). Hires, evaluates
performance, terminates and replaces Intermediaries as needed. Negotiates and manages Agents’commissions. Responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and adjusting Intermediaries agreements.
Sales and Marketing Department Management: Manages department staffing to meet business
objectives. This includes identifying staffing needs, justifying requirements, hiring, developing talent,
and managing performance and compensation. Conducts daily/weekly product line meeting with PPC
team and sales.
Communicating and supporting Agents, Sales team new product development with a goal of focusing
on customer needs.
Tracks performance to plan and provides monthly, quarterly and special reports as required. When
requested, provides daily Major Opportunity report updates. Develop annual Orders plan by Territory
and customer for each product.

Control and Commercial &Logistics.

Managing a wide range of home furnishing products, catering to 20+ major customers, spearheading and optimizing in International sales & marketing and business development operations as Business Head.
Handling budgeting, forward planning, global production & merchandising, sourcing/procurement,
logistics, vendor coordination and resource management and Plant Operations.
Built a 19-member team of sales & marketing, merchandising, quality and PPC personnel located across India, USA and Europe. Expanded volume business with Target, Macy’s, Ikea, and Bed, Bath &
