Assist the Reception Supervisor in closing the pending Job Cards of the Service Centre by following up & helping fellow Service Advisors.
Religiously following the SOP & ensuring the entire Reception Staff follows the same.

Handling all the VIP clients
Responsible for receiving customers for servicing the vehicle, repair order generations, coordination with floor effectively and deliver the vehicle as per commitment.
Thorough knowledge of automotive systems including but not limited to steering, suspension, brakes, engines, transmissions, drive axles, fuel, cooling, electrical, and engine and body control systems.
Sound knowledge of the standard practices, methods, tools and equipment of the automotive mechanic trade.
Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and standard safety precautions of the automotive mechanic trade.
Conduct training programme to customers for technical & better riding skills.
Ensuring high quality is delivered by the dealership (meeting completion deadlines, quality of work, billing) in order to protect the customer interest’s.
Ensuring that parts and accessories demand from customers are met quickly and efficiently
Responsible overall service, service parts and body & paint operations.

• Completed D.A.E (Diploma in Automobile Engineering) from Mohammed Institute of Engineering Technology, Trichy, obtained 63% during the academic year 2003 -2006.
