Out bound, invoicing, returns, local purcases
Responsible for preparing and checking shipping document.
Responsible for custom clearance & handling demurrage claims.
Preparing and update of container arrival schedule and coordinating with shipping lines, clearance team, transporter and warehouse team.
Process the shipment invoice to finance through system posting in Navision.
Discrepancy update in system and claims through system CASY.
To Insure all inbound containers and to prepare insurance letters.
Reports the damage to insurance company and to conduct insurance survey with insurance surveyor.
To take correct action with warehouse and other key functions.
To prepare custom duties for all inbound containers.
Responsible for product requirements and complains.
To attend all department meetings and trainings.
Responsible to maintain the documents and other related records.
Prepare port and pipeline shipments reports and share with warehouse, sales manager and ordering officers.
Responsible to control 20000 sq. meter of store (according to the international standard of goods merchandizing method).
To ensure efficient retailing.
To maintain inventory accuracy in all functions of logistics operation within store.
To prepare the documentation for goods receiving and issued for replenishment.
Control inventory within the store and warehouse wit accuracy.
Monitor and control all reporting functions for proper analysis of procedure guide lines for transportation cost and inventory levels for customer satisfaction.
To conduct the daily inventory routines, cycle counts, last five piece checking, negative/back to stock items checking including inventory adjustments in system to maintain the stock accuracy and bin integrity.
To document and account for damage/shortages from inbound containers.
Inventory management-reconcile inventory weekly, perform physical counts and assist auditors with yearend reconciliations.
Ensure continues checking of inventory levels and perform necessary replenishment actions in order to keep inventory levels at the certain level.
Posting put away items received from the inbound staging area into the related bins.
Make sure to confirm and clear all transfer orders on time.
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with orders, process and distributes documentation with purchase order, reports, documents and rack damage and discrepancies on order received
Handel the team of 10 employs.
Responsible to generate the replenishment report form system for seven business areas.
To allocate the team to collect replenishment and make sure to complete the task in time and collection should complete on time.
To coordinate and arrange the transportation for the goods form warehouse to all business areas.
To do inventory by location after replenishment. Trace and clear in case of discrepancies.
Work safely and effectively without presenting a direct threat to self or others using the method of total safety task instructions (TSTI).
Plans and motivate people to achieve customer satisfaction.
Tacking the necessary action on frustrated items for clearing.
