Maintenance, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Startup for the Fertilizer,
Petrochemical, and Chemical industry in Pakistan.
Successfully held positions at various levels including Modification & design as
Supervisor (I & C).
Deeply understanding of Control System hardware and software for DCS
(Distributed Control System), ESD (Emergency Shutdown System), F&G (Fire and
Gas System), BMS (Burner Management System) and VMS (Vibration Monitoring
System) in Fertilizers. Upstream, Pipeline and Utilities operations.
Conducted Training Sessions for reporting Technicians.
Knowledgeable in Hazardous Area and SIL Classification.
Fully familiar with Fertilizer & Petrochemical Industry HSE Standards and safe work
To diagnose cause of Instrumentation malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as Transmitter, RTD, Thermocouples, Positioners, SOV, Relays, Switches, Control Monitoring Devices and to take corrective measures.
Preventative (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) of all field equipment’s according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Turn around & projects planning of responsible area.
Develop job plans & safe work practices of plant equipment’s.
Provision of support services to other sectionsHaving knowledge about distribution of power from Plantsite to customer in the light of control system
