Provides support to all channels for Post-paid Billing related queries, Financial Adjustments, Refunds, Credit notes to Subscribers, identifying new trends and service standards by handling various types of activities.
Handle VIP customer segments; assist in providing high quality service, managing their complaints, inquiries
and requests.
Performing Operational/Financial Tasks, Coordinating with marketing / Technical for creation of VPN, APN and Large accounts.
Respond to telephone calls from consumers providing quality Customer Service by communicating clearly and effectively.
Resolve problems efficiently and professionally of regular / assertive / irate customers queries and complaints.
Evaluate and listen to critique recorded conversation for purposes of improving customer skills.
Responsible for providing customer support to Internet/Value Added Services. Supporting Manager Customer Operations in running the operations of the CS department. Coordination with
all related departments for smooth flow of customer services related activities. Supervise and guide the CSO’s in CS Centre/Call Centre thereby maintaining a high standard of quality service.
