*The computer system Engineer has the prime responsibilities to suggest the best suitable
*computer configuration and software for the project.
*Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of company Active Directory, Email, Anti-Virus,
Anti-spam,
*Monitor the development in the field of computer technology in a regular manner.
*Maintaining System’s Security.
*Monitoring the performance of the systems infrastructure using available system management
tools and suggestion.
*Documentation of the systems infrastructure to facilitate rapid trouble resolution.
*Monitor and Repairing for the all System’s and Server’s Health.
*Training and knowledge transfer to other staff when needed.
*Communication all issues (positive and Negative) to management prior to communication with
any other team members, including Users/Client/Partner.
*Responsible to maintain a safe work environment & follow relevant safety policies.
*Main responsibility to control the Server 2003 & Cisco Network.
*Supervision to rout emails by MDAEMON.
*Supervision to internet access by Proxy Server.
*Responsible for creating set of rules for user and computer accounts using Group Policy.
*Managing Company LAN equipment and related services.
