Processing of all teller counter service transactions such as cash deposits & cash withdrawals and other transactions such as drafts, telegraphic-transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign currency purchase & sales, cheque deposits etc., in line with operational policies & procedures.

Act as the one of the dual custodian for branch vault cash and security .

Sound knowledge of cash management and principles according to SOP & AML procedures.

Joint custodian of branch cash vault and ATM with cash officer/ Head Teller.;

Make arrangement for Deposit/ Withdrawal from Central Bank and co-ordinate with cash vendors for the delivery of cash .

Co-Ordinate with H/O dealing room of Central Bank Transactions.

Investigate and respond to customer complaints reported to Central bank by customers on all erroneous transaction reported on ATM/CDM’s of the bank with in agreed timelines.

Accepting quarries / complaints related to ash and operations.

Checking cash reports of the teller at the end of the day.

Replenishment and daily physical checking of ATMs . Serve customers inquiries, determine customers need and provide solutions with regards to their banking requirements

Handling independently sale and purchase of all currencies.

Excellent cash balancing skill.

Arranging local and foreign currencies for deposit in to Central Bank of the U.A.E and all other local banks.

Sound knowledge of Remittances through bank, Western Union and other third party providers .

Managing the routine branch operations which include purchase and sale of foreign currency, money transfer and WPS solutions.

Sound knowledge of cash management principles according to AML procedure.

Well informed about AML policies, also undergone in house training program and FERG training.

Well versed with WPS solutions which functions in compliance with Ministry and Central bank of UAE.
