1.investigating accidents and complaints and determining if there has been a breach of health and safety law;
2.carrying out examinations of machinery, working environments and structures, taking measurements of noise, heat, and vibrations, and taking photographs and samples where necessary;

1. Advised site staff and personnel on matters related to health, safety and environmental issues
2. Ensured a high standard is maintained on site in accordance with HSE Policy and the project HSE management plan
3. Monitored and reported all discrepancies in relation to the Project HSE Management Plan to the Project HSE Manager and the area in-charge
4. Inspected the workplace to identify potential hazards and report the findings with recommendations for corrective actions to the Safety Officer and area in-charge
5. Investigated accidents/ incidents and dangerous occurrences and forward report to the HSE Manager.
