• Leading on strategy and systems transformation project for Integrated care system in East of England. Currently working on the source to settle business change programme. Responsible for all E-procurement transformation work

• Responsible for gap analysis of organisations behaviours, processes, policies, and systems against standardised criteria
• Operating as the senior lead for Insight Diagnostics for a defined portfolio of ICS organisations. Delivered the ICS transformational work for the biggest ICS collaboration in the country.
• Responsible for the delivery of output reports to senior stakeholders including DoF, DoP and CEOs, highlighting current state, recommendations, impacts and roadmap for improvements.
• Lead the solutioning of both standard and innovative propositions for all ICS clients.
• Managing 4 Junior consultants and 2 data analysts
