Chief Accountant

• Control the Finance and Accounts Dept. And control the cash in and out flows.
• Preparation and implementation of Budget for the maximization of Profit.
• Break-even analysis and advice for the new projects as well as for the existing operations.
• Planning and review - accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, viz. Monthly Performance Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account and cash flow statements and consolidation thereof.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for top level management.
• Ensure that all financial transactions confirm to financial rules and regulations as well as accounting policies and procedures..
• Monthly closing and preparation of profit & loss account, variance analysis report for each cost & profit centers and consolidated.
• Ensure the quarterly and yearly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining Bank Accounts, Facilities as per the contact with Banks.
• Maintaining Fixed Asset.
• Ensure a clean and timely yearend audit.
• System analysis - Verify and make sure all the reports are integrated with Trial Balance Figures. If there is any variation locate the same from entry level.

Current Job Responsibilities: -

• Manage Finance and Accounts Dept.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow activities.
• Planning and review - accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, viz. Monthly Performance Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account and cash flow statements and consolidation thereof.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for top level management.
• Ensure that all financial transactions confirm to financial rules and regulations as well as accounting policies and procedures.
• Passing GL entries after proper classification of expenses on the basis of Chart of Accounts & allocation of expenses to respective cost & profit centers.
• Monthly closing and preparation of profit & loss account, variance analysis report for each cost & profit centers and consolidated.
• Ensure the quarterly and yearly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining Bank Accounts, Facilities & Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Maintaining Fixed Asset.
• Work with the Finance Manager to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
• System analysis - Verify and make sure all the reports are integrated with Trial Balance Figures. If there is any variation locate the same from entry level.

Supervision of A/R, A/P and assissiting finance manager for the completion of monthly closing and year end audit
