Key Deliverables:
Project Management Consultant (PMC) on the Qatar Rail. Monitoring and coordinating Engineer, Construct Contractors, and coordination of the PMC Technical team during construction and commissioning of the systems.
Developing and leading development of plan which delivers key target objective, managing department, staff, protocols, disciplines and processes. Making sure submitted design/document is in line with the requirements of the local regulatory authorities to facilitate approvals. Managing MEP related works including design verification, review MEP documents and drawings, review of Material Submittals, ITP’s, Method Statement, RFC, NCR, FAT review, Testing & Commissioning documents and closeouts etc.

Review the Mechanical drawings, reports, specification submitted by the Design Consultant Worley Parsons at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the Scope of work, agreements and in line with the requirements of the local regulatory authorities. Ensuring the Design Consultant/Contractors incorporate the comments raised from previous revisions. Reviewing the prequalification of Contractors and Consultants and report the findings to Engineering Manager. Coordinating with PMC's document controller and PMT QA/QC engineers to ensure that all documents are properly maintained.
