Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and deploying enterprise network architecture (LAN/WLAN and WAN) in Al-Esayiah Holding subsidiaries (ABC, ADC, ATC, SCMC), such as admin buildings and office branches, factories/plants, and distribution outlets.
- Managing, maintaining and configuring L2, L3 network infrastructure.
- Managing and configuring Firewalls, VPNs, and Captive Portal.
- Managing and configuring DNS, AD users/groups and GPO policies.
- Managing and configuring NAS storage and backup/filing solutions.
- Managing and configuring IP phones and PBX.
- Ensuring and enforcing network and information security policies, and endpoints protection.
- Installing and troubleshooting Servers, Computers, Thin-clients, and printers.
- Resolving and follow-up user's tickets and complaints.

Duties and responsibilities:
+ Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting network devices and CPE such as: PtP/PtMP links, switches, routers, and firewalls; optimizing their operation and performance.
+ Managing and troubleshooting data center's infrastructure and servers hardware, software and virtualization such as: HP ProLiant servers, Hyper-V and Windows Servers, VMware ESXi, and Linux systems.
+ Designing, configuring, deploying, and leading installation of enterprise wired/wireless computer networks, and IP telephony systems, with hands-on experience of network hardware such as: Cisco, Aruba/HP, Ruckus, Ubiquiti switches/access points, Sophos/Cyberoam, Sonicwall, pfSense/netgate firewalls, Engenius, Linksys, Dlink, Yeastar, Yealink, Fanvil, Grandstream, Asterisk telephony systems etc...
+ Surveying new sites, and supervise of a new projects’ installation on customer premises.
+ Assisting senior management in planning, sketching, implementation, and handing over of a large-scale project, as well as major data centers construction, maintenance and upgrades.
OHL Arabia are the main contractor in Haramain High Speed Rail project, and part of the multinational OHLA Group in Spain.
Assigned as an outsourced IT Support Specialist, my daily duties were the following:
+ Maintenance and management of the company's network and servers (Windows Servers, Cisco ASA and Cyberoam firewalls, Cisco 37xx/29xx switches, 19xx routers, Avaya call managers, QNAP NAS servers) and its services and protocols.
+ Responsible for supporting 50+ users reside at different locations in Western Region, either remotely or onsite, including: configuring and installing new PC/Network hardware and software, licensing requests, following up to resolve and close users' tickets such as: operating systems faults, hardware or software malfunctions, connectivity, cloud ERP applications, and email issues.
