• Coordinating with the team leaders/supervisors in different sites, gathered reports from all sites.
• Conducting daily, weekly and monthly briefing to all sites.
• Giving instructions to the team leaders and supervisors.
• Conduct audit to all sites to make sure that the quality, safety and standard procedures of the company had been followed.
• Preparing and updating SOP’s, Risk Assessment procedures and Work method statements of the sites.
• Preparing, requesting and sending hygienic and cleaning consumable/materials as per company and client required for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain sites.
• Making sure that budget for consumables will not beyond maximum limits.
• Preparing Housekeeping planners, work schedules daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly as per scope of works.
• Preparing attendance sheet, under times and absentees of the cleaner and pantry staff.
• Conduct tool box talks, safety and health training.
• Conduct training for chemical handling and machinery handling.
• Recording daily transactions.
• Reporting to the superior daily, weekly and monthly events, problems and issues.
• Coordinating to the main store regarding materials requisition, deliveries.
• Coordinating to the HR regarding documents, staff files and requisitions.
• Coordinating to the transport department.
