• Managing all renovations and new store openings to ensure that opening dates are met on budget and operating standards are maintained
• Achieve financial and operational sales and expense targets for all aspects Store/Back office operations
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Store/Back office in compliance with regulations and law governing business operations
• Provides continuous support to the product Logistics, Inventory, Store Services and Loss Prevention functions

•Plan and manage Loss Prevention activities, including the preparation of an annual budget and a business plan for the department to support the Country Manager’s plan
•Identify weak points/security issues by reviewing and analyzing investigations results, exception reports, and monthly operational/financial audits
•Prevent the company from losses by developing Loss Prevention techniques and ensuring their proper implementation
•Train employees on general security measures and provide technical training and assessment on various topics including business ethics, workplace violence, security systems and inventory control
•Perform the survey of company’s facilities and premises in order to identify and categorize risks, levels of risks and actions required
•Assess fire risk across service centers, offices, warehouses and ensure that precautions are in place, and that fire evacuation routines are established and regularly rehearsed
•Audit compliance with health and safety standards against best practice/agreed standard; maintain an incidents’ reporting system to publicize safety risks and promote safe working practice
•Supervising all inventory transactions including shipments receiving, return to suppliers, transfers and sales updates
