Laundry Supervisor
Production Supervisor is a challenging job and needs good sound of work with high enthusiasm. It is my duty keeping records of all data attendance and provide effective training to all staff members.
To support all members according to the operating standards on everyday basis and identifying the all issues related to the work.
Target and goals without any compliance in effective way it is my responsibility to supervise working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedule and ensure compliance
to all company policies.
It is my duty to provide clean laundry by developing, monitoring, and improving production systems;
supervising staff following integrity and dependency.
Accomplishing laundry human resources objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining staff and coworkers.

And it is my duty planning, monitoring, appraising job contribution; recommending compensation
actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Maximizing production by monitoring workload requirements, equipment capacity and operator availability, improving production and quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning
process, chemicals, and materials; implementing changes.
It is my duty to determine services required by customers to deliver in time without any complaint by adjusting service schedules, benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
