Job Description
•Setting detailed objectives to the team and provide them the resources in order to achieve the goals.
•Internal coordination with each department to any issues related to sales and operations.
•Manage team requirements with regards to manpower planning
•Conducting regular business review meetings to ensure the delivery of the agreed results or to agree upon timely corrective intervention
•Update manager or supervisor on a weekly basis on slow moving & short expiry items in the store
•Providing Stock Ageing reports/ Review inventories for obsolete and slow-moving items and bring any such items to the attention of the Cost Controller for action
•Working overtime hours if business demands
•Assisting Demand Planner with taking period end inventory
•Making sure almost out of stock items are highlighted
•Maintaining necessary records with accuracy of information and should follow always FIFO method of issuing
•Provide the necessary Documents to the account team (GRV/PRESELLER INVOICE/SM/OT/IT)
•Responsible of Monthly stock inventory.
•Making sure that delivery are same with invoiced, in terms of quantity and cost
•Generate the order in JDE and requested by sales team
•Provide customers internal and external support with high level of service and application with the visions values of the company
•Primary responsibility is to plan, organize and control stores/ stocks in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the concerned business units, including but not limited to, ordering, receiving, storing, issuing and securing of FG/RM as per the departmental requirements and in line with company policy.
•Demonstrate high standards of work practices, people management and follow all SOP’s
•Ensure safe and efficient storage, preservation and retrieval of RDC supplies,
•Adherence to safety policies, procedures, practices
•Ensure all documents/records SRV’s, SIV’s are to be updated in system and forwarded the details to concerned accounts for matching and close the batch on time to keep the Inventory accuracy
•Store should be well laid out and equipped with allotted facilities in order to access, identification and storage to meet regulatory standards with required Temp. level
•Make sure the movement of RM/FG products with proper authorization/correct Invoice /DN /Order form and to the proper location / Person / Outlet…etc.,
Accountability
•Accountable for to maintain proper IN and OUT of products when and where required.
• Track damage, discrepancy, before conclude document by reference in PR & PO
•Timely report of fast moving, slow moving, dormant items to Planning Department.
•Train and lead the work force to meet the safety lines
•All hazards are identified and managed to an acceptable level and ensure all relevant documentation is also completed
•To ensure the data updated in system and physical stock
•To ensure the documents are forward to accounts with relevant t approvals along with SRV’s
•To keep Temperature, Store environment, preservation, hygiene…etc
•To keep FIFO, LIFO on products movement
•Accountable for loading by scheduled time limit with 100% accuracy and relevant document with approval
the daily requirement & movement of stocks.
•Handling a team of 15 subordinates.
•Responsible for implementation and following up of QA/QC procedures & relevant ISO requirements.
•Preparing Error / Dispatch & Stock Analysis Report.
•Counselling and Coaching Skills to improve productivity & accuracy.
•Training & updating staff on Hygiene and Fire Evacuation System.

Overall Core Contributions:
•Receiving shipments from different suppliers using warehouse management system (WMS).
•Receiving goods as per item class directed by the WMS
•Placing the stocks on putaway zone through RF scanner.
•Picking items as per pick requirement from the location.
•Packing stocks as per customer.
•Applies store keeping procedure and methods in arranging space conditions, inventory controlling, estimating and maintaining needs and preparing records and reports as directed.
•Co-ordinate with shipping department for the required documents(Delivery advise,
•Summary invoice, Detailed invoice and certificate of origin) and planning of outbound shipments in accordance with company’s priorities and procedures.
•Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of shipment loads, pre-alerts (provided for DHL also) load details, detail packing list, delivery volume report, Dispatch tracker, details commodity classification (Harmonized Codes) to brand team, store customers and RDC managers.
•Knowledge about road shipments, air and sea shipments, ESU and FTL.
•Assures that the dangerous and electrical goods are properly packed and are in accordance with the standard requirements of the country of destination.
•Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
•Dealing with different brands, customers, Report of goods discrepancies.
