Digital Marketing Lead for Pakistan & Philippine markets

I was responsible for ensuring and exceeding quality of the consumer service and care being provided by the sales executives in order to meet the standards put forth by the client. The Clients included US telecommuncation industry giants (Timewarner, Comcast, Charter etc) Primary job was to monitor the records and highlight the errors or any fraudulent practice being carried out.

Participated in product/service development, industry research and evaluation as well as Clientele Management. Offered cost effective, flexible and in-tune solutions to the problems customers had to face.
