• Main Responsibility & Duties :
1- Provide assistance to all hiring managers and human resource personnel .
2- Assist various business units and establish appropriate human capital requirements and assist in all talent acquisition process .
3- Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers within required timeframe and assist to obtain all necessary approvals for candidate recruitment .
4- Participate as a key member of the HR Leadership team and develop strong relationships across the HR organization and enterprise .
5- Implement / execute recruitment branding programs including an internal employee brand and an external recruiting brand .
6- building a positive candidate experience, managing candidate communities, and maintaining relationships for those candidates not selected .
• Main Responsibility & Duties :
1- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program .
2- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs .
3- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities .
4- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications .
5- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites .
6- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements .
7- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications .
8- Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization .
9- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers .
