Maintenance Planner at saudi petrochimical company (petrokemya)

Duties & Responsibilities :


 Execution of work is with good planning.

 Job site familiarization.

 All the reports and records will keep properly.

 Overhauling, Troubleshooting and running maintains of all kinds of rotating equipment’s such as:


A. Overhang, multistage centrifugal pumps ( Horizontal and vertical split cashing )

I) Reciprocating pumps.
II) Screw pumps.
III) Centrifugal Compressors.
IV) Reciprocating compressors ( Single & Multi stages )
V) Fin fans, blowers and all types of gearbox.
VI) Steam turbines.

 Graphical and reverse alignment of high speed rotating equipment’s.
 Mechanical seal setting and installation.
 Preventive and protective maintains of rotating equipment’s.
 Shutdown activities.
