• Follow-up evaluation of the probationary period and annual staff in coordination with other departments
• Prepare the necessary letters for the governments and follow up by person if needed
• supervise the full department staff
• Review policies and special procedures for the company

• Service staff follow-up (comment -and drivers -and maintenance)
• Follow-up sheets of Insurance and Bureau of Labor and monthly reports of the recruitment

• Coordinate and arrange the staff files according to the area located
• Follow up and prepare a report on the employment history for each employee on demand
• Follow up all the vacations and the salary scales، and prepare the performance appraisal for the staff
• Prepare all the correspondence for the administration
• Prepare all the letters of achievement، recognitions، and certificate for the staff
• Contribute in the preparation of the policies and procedures
• Monitor the record for the attendance in and out، and recording in the computer
• Open files for the employees and new candidates
• Follow-up and prepare a report on the employment history of the employee on demand
• Follow-up vacations
• Prepare all correspondence for the administration
• Preparation of letters and certificates of staff
