Mohamed Y. Naghi&Bros Group (MYN&B) is a multi Billion US$ family owned group, one of the most reputable in Saudi Arabia.
As Group BI Service Manager reporting to the Group IT Head, I am responsible of the 3 sectors of the group, namely: (1) Automotive: import and distribution through a nation wide retail network of Premium cars (BMW, Mini, Rollce Royce, Jaguar, Land-Rover), Passenger cars (Hyundai, Genesis) and Commercial vehicles (Tata, Hyundai, Ankai); (2) FMCG Services: Distribution services serving Mars, Loreal, Reckit, Amerciana, Wrigley, Holsten and Pinar, Logistics services on a 3PL basis and Merchandizing services across the Kingdom; (3) Transportation: with over 10000 buses catering to the Kingdom Hajj and School transportation needs;
Responsibilities:
* Development of BI strategy
* Deployment of BI strategy roadmaps
* Managing BI services TCO & financials.
* Alignment & deployment of BI SLA with sectors & business units.
* Leading Group BI services architecture in terms of BI solutions & tools, enterprise datawarehouse design, scalability, adoption, & value added of services.
* Leading key BI projects & initiatives across the group.
* Leading the deployment/standardization of BI services:

* Participate in organization strategy planning, development, execution, and implementation.
* Assess and participate in departmental objectives and roadmaps development.
* Develop company, departmental dashboards & scorecards through the Oracle BI team.
* Automate & standardize company major analytical and operational reports through Oracle BI team.
* Review performance gaps and help development of gap analysis and performance improvement action plans.
* Issue periodic performance scorecards and lead the annual performance appraisal review exercise.
* Participate in Talents Management System; (Talents Planning, Recruiting, and Developing processes).
* Help, support and coach Al Wefag individuals in achieving and keeping track of their objectives.
* Plan, Design, and Implement the performance management system on Company, Departments and Individuals levels.
* Design & issue performance KPIs.
* Design, develop & issue periodic performance scorecards related to company, departments and individuals.
* Lead company management review meetings.
* Assess and participate in departmental quarterly roadmap development.
* Participate in Annual Objectives setting and Performance Appraisal Reviews.
* Participate in Company Headcount Planning.
* Lead the recruitment department.
* Support of Enterprise Applications in Finance (AR, AP, GL, and Costing), HR and Supply Chain (Inventory, Orders Management, Process Execution, Product Development, Quality, Purchasing and Planning).
> Responsible for implementing business requirements and ongoing business process enhancement utilizing Oracle Business Apps Suite.
* Develop the BI System components covering both Operational and Analytical Reporting requirements. KPI’s monitoring and Alerting components included.
* Manage the implementation of Business Intelligence across all levels of the organization utilizing technologies from SAP Business Objects and Microsoft BI Tools in integration with Oracle Business Apps Suite.
* 3rd party business applications development & support.
Development of an Intellectual Property Management System. Developed a web-application-based system for the request of new brands or trademarks within the company. The system allows these new request to be passed through an internal approval process. Another part of the system allows the administrator to keep on track with all the trademarks belong to the company. The last part was a reporting portal which was developed using the Business Objects XI tools for reports.
