• Review and evaluate motor insurance claims to ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.

• Handle both Comprehensive and Third-Party motor claims, managing the claim process through to settlement.

• Analyze accident reports issued by Najm and Traffic Authorities, and submit objections through the Najm system when necessary.

• Register and process repair requests by reviewing required documents and issuing repair letters to customers prior to vehicle inspection.

• Verify claim validity and identify suspicious cases, escalating potential fraud to the Fraud Investigation Department.

• Refer applicable claims to the Recovery/Subrogation Department when recovery rights apply.

• Review Total Loss claim documentation and coordinate with customers and the relevant department to complete the settlement process.

• Financial Operations (Odoo ERP): Managed daily accounting transactions including invoice processing and bank reconciliations using the Odoo system.

• Data Analysis (MS Excel): Utilized advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data, prepare cost reports, and monitor expense accuracy.

• Tax & Compliance: Contributed to VAT preparation and filing processes, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

• Inventory Management: Assisted in inventory counting and reconciliation procedures to improve internal control and asset tracking.

• Reporting: Prepared periodic financial and expense reports to support the management team in decision-making.
