Sending bills and issuing reminders.

Advising people who are having difficulty paying their council tax, rents and rates, and agreeing how they will pay off their debts.

Recovering arrears of rent or council tax.
Assisting in the legal recovery process, which could mean seeing a case through the magistrates' courts and appointing bailiffs.
Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis

Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
Manage Fixed Assets
Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
Property, sales and use tax and franchise tax returns
Oracle implementation team member
Interface
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Review quality of purchased products.
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
