1.Set the strategic direction for LAN, WAN telecommunications.
2.Support telecommunication infrastructure and make recommendations to management.
3.Training and supporting all users of telecommunications systems.
4.Guide all phone infrastructures to ensure systems are performing essential services and manage relationships with key telecom and network vendors.
5.Interacting directly with business and vendor partners to manage schedules and coordinate orders for Telecom services and implement hardware and software applications.
6.Provide telephony support including extension provisioning, call routing configuration DID creation, implementation and PRI / BRI & Analog Lines Configuration.
7.IVR designing for outsource and in-house campaigns, Scripting for new campaigns, Prompt recording and uploading into the IVR system.
8.Manage third party vendors to provide support.
9.Perform circuit management, performance analysis and cost accounting
10.Maintain PBX/ACD, Modular Messaging, CMS and peripheral third party applications including IVR, .
11.Call recording, virtual queue, CTI, wallboards, fax server, dialer.
12.Coordinate moves, adds and changes. Program and install phones and trunks, including cabling and cross connects as required.
13.Administer and maintain system security for telecommunication systems.
14.Ensure that Service Level agreements are satisfied for all critical voice systems and networks.
15.Conduct traffic studies and capacity planning for voice network and premise equipment,
16.Conduct periodic audits and analyses of Telecom maintenance agreements and support contracts.
17.Managing requests of telecommunication lines from Etisalat and following up.
18.Analyzing and managing telecommunications services with the vendors.
1.Coordinate system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing
2.Supports administration of servers and server clusters.
3.Data backup management, scheduling and reporting for both internal corporate systems and data center (NOC) systems.
4.Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
5.Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.
