- Ensure budget achievement on monthly/quarterly/annually basis while evaluating revenue and spreads in order to reach continued profitability.

- Participate in various meeting, conference pertaining to business development, including participation in bank meeting.
-Direct and participating in growth business expansion activities to support overall business objective and plans.
-Direct company operation to meet budget and other qualitative.
