*Project Description: the project is two residential towers (2B+G+2P+22/23 stories)
1. Report all work progress to the construction manager.
2. Plan and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to be shared and executed with my site team members.
3. Supervise my team’s work progress on site.
4. Follow up with subcontractors to achieve and deliver their scope of work as per the required quality standards.
5. Coordinate delivery schedules with subcontractors & suppliers as planned.
6. Check quantities and certify payment for subcontractors.
7. Monitor progress, quality, and safety of works compliance with requirements.
8. Good experience in Municipality and Civil Defense requirements prior to handing over the project.
9. Calculate the quantities & negotiation with suppliers & ordering the approved material for the job through
procurement department.
10. Plan material storage areas and coordinate with Store.
11. Report/record events and instructions.
12. Initiate inspection form and submit to QA/QC Engineers.
13. Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers for inspections and to ensure the quality of work.
14. Maintain and protect utility services nearby to the working area with providing the required documents.
15. Follow up the actions on non-conformance report closure.
16. Authority to deal with technical queries, discrepancies, etc. occurring on consultants and subcontractors
drawings and submissions.
17. Responsible to highlight any potential delay situations likely to occur due to discrepancies, non-coordination
between different sections and companies.
