As an Export Coordinator, I was responsible for preparing, processing, and managing the export of goods and products. My responsibilities include coordinating the logistics of export operations, determining the most cost-effective shipping routes, arranging freight, customs and other paperwork, negotiating with suppliers and overseas customers, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that shipments arrive on time and in good condition. I also ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations as well as my company's standard operating procedures.
