Working at NOMAC Saudia its one of Acwa power newly established company doing Turbines majors maintenance for water desalination plants and electric power generation. I was handling many things to build a new community. Trying to ensure the teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases to achieve the goal. making sure that we have the fit manpower for each project. responsible for issuing all kind of work visas, Business invitation as I have a huge experience and knowledge in this matter. Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively. I was working as an Admin at the office and supervisor at the site.
- Handling all government website as
Muqeem issuing and requesting, Zakat, ministry’s of labor and commerce, Saudi post, Communications Commission, chamber of commerce, SAGIA, MOFA - Invitations Letters and whatever is related to government.
- Also as public, receive and submit all bank grantee to SRO. Health insurance.
- Handling All Travling, telecom and internet, Maintenance for all facilities and accommodation also for employee
- Helping Procurement department
- Doing payroll when need it.
- Helping logistic department with costume or issuing accesses.
