My Responsibilities as Haydrulic Manager is:
My role includes, Supervision, Inspection, Monitoring and Reporting, but are not limited to:
o Work as point of contact for the construction supervision, approvals, monitors contractor’s quality assurance and control, progress reporting, safety, financial recommendations, approved material submission and design modifications
o Plan, schedule and oversee general contracting works, allocating work assignments and directing subordinates, ensuring works are delivered to a high standard of quality and to the satisfaction of Client, in a safe and efficient manner
o Evaluate, select, and adapt construction management and control techniques, procedures, and criteria to suit job tasks, and devises and implements solutions to problems encountered
o Maintains, manages a project risk management plan and operational risk register containing all operational risks
o Guide the technical development of and participates in the delivery of training workshops for graduate engineers and other staff
o Plan and perform periodic audits of all elements of the process to ensure objectives are achieved
o Manage projects and contractors in compliance with the contract conditions, requirements and specifications and ensure strict control of, and adherence to, project program, budget and contract administration process
o Review the contractor’s schedule for testing and commissioning of the installation, witness the tests performed by the Contractor and submit all test reports to the Client’s Representatives
o Delivery of completed projects according to a complex protocol, including Haidrolic tests, and CCTV and snag list, asbiult drawngs , gis drawngs , preliminary Delivery minutes, and all files and documents

My Responsibilities is:
o Management the design review team of the Hydraulic Analysis, structural, mechanical, electrical and chemical design; for three Waste water treatment plant WWTP for Al-Asyah towns and Ayoun al-Jawah town and Al-Baiytha village
o Management the design review team of the hydraulic Design of Feeding line No 2 in Al-Qassem
o Studying the obstacles and situations in which implementation of parts of the project is faltering and proposing hydraulic suitable modifications to the design if necessary
o Review the Schedule, cost, and quality of the project and ensure that the value of the value engineering is applied in the design of all projects
o Preparing and issuing change orders after the approval of the Directorate.
o Provide the owner with Suggestions about the best materials, equipment to achieve the lowest costs in operation and maintenance
o Monitoring and evaluating the performance of contractors, and their Targeted implementation ratios, the development of reform plans, and advising in relation to the Stumbling projects

Project Overview: Supply Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) from HEET STP South Riyadh to Saudi Aramco’s Riyadh Refinery for non-potable purposes, the minimum flow supply of 11.000 m3 / day and a maximum flow demand of 20.000 m3 / day. For this purpose is necessary to build a new pipeline system, which will include TSE storage tanks, a TSE pump station and the corresponding connecting pipeline to the Saudi Aramco Refinery, the Main parts of the PST are:

• Supervising on civil works for three Steel tanks capacity of 30000 m 3, with pressure ductile pipeline, diameter of 600 mm, length of 13 km, and all concrete chambers.
• Design Review Criteria and structural Calculations and Hydraulic Analysis, Drawings and TSE forced Pipes.
• Accreditation of vendors and materials
• Design the Village sewerage (Length of pipes for the entire project is 7600 m, The length of house connection pipe is 14, 200 m, and Number of Manholes is 230, and number of housing Inspection chamber is 750 ), and submitted to NWC to Adoption
• Preparing documents like : (Preliminary Design Report), (Conditions of Contract), ( Technical Specifications ), (BOQ’s), ( Final Design Report) and (Calculations and Hydraulic Analysis ) and ( Drawings and layout )

e. Prepare Design Checklist to all stage of design review (documents, drawing, Sewage water, Water Reservoirs, Pumps Station, ….)
f. Training courses for NWC engineers about the NWC system requirements and design criteria and Design handly method without softwareand design and modeling Sewer network.
