- Manage & expand the partners and agent’s business.
- Responsible to design and run the sourcing campaigns.
- Carry out all recruitment activities and will manage the partner community in the initial.
- Occasionally engage with the partner community in the field to source new partner and agents.
- Essentially be the voice of prospect partner in the company to bring up and resolve their issue.
- I will be in charge to onboard the new partners and agants and of the onboarding overall process.
- Point of contact with the sourcing venders.

I work as a direct sales supervisor central region in this company 5 months before official launched of Virgin mobile, and my main duties to Hiring of outsource companies to provide a many promoters and direct sales team to selling Virgin Mobile Sim cards& FRiENDi mobile SIM cards in all places in Central region, mean ( Riyadh, Kharj, Majma, Al-Dawadmi, Qassim, Hail )
I have 12 companies operating under my administration and approximately 200 employees between men and girls working as direct sales in different areas in central region
Also I responsible for (modern trade project) I have made a contracts with hyper markets in like Panda, Carrefour, Othaim, LuLu market, Bin Dawud to selling our sims cards and recharge cards through our booths there .
I oversaw the training and give the materials to support them for make a sales and target locations and target customers to achieve the daily sales target
As I make a daily schedule to keep track of attendance and visit the sites and sales that have been achieved during 24 hours
I participated in recruitment program of Saudis in the main branches and direct sales by conducting interviews and tests for men and women
And also I so double check for all Sims cards are activations to be systematic and effective and there is no issue with customers and assistance in solving all the problems of employees and customers
And also participate and manage in many festivals, celebrations, competitions and bazaars and events in Riyadh and Qassim as official sponsor either Virgin mobile brand or FRiENDi mobile brand
Finally I achieve more than 100% of my target in each quarter 2015 and 2016
