Position: Senior procurement specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Negotiate proposals cost with vendors.
• Process the NDA prior to sending formal purchase orders.
• Do analysis as well as comparisons for received proposals.
• Full process for procurement from receiving an approved PR till award.

• Negotiate contract terms with outside vendors
• Draft appropriate contracts and amendments.
• Develop standard services contract for routine services
• Managing relationships with contractors in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
• Monitoring performance of contracts against performance indicators to ensure all obligations under agreements are being met.
• Ensuring that obligations of contractors are met in accordance with contractual agreements

• Responsible for financial analysis of bids and proposals.
• Review scope of work to ensure consistency with terms and conditions
• Liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with contracts terms and conditions and contractual obligations
• Negotiate and modifies existing contracts, and other business agreements or documents based on the company needs and objectives as required
• Perform full range contracts administration, monitoring customers, suppliers and company contractual compliance through contract closeout.
• Take action with regard to expiring agreements.

* Responsible for contract management and administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
* Review and administer contracts and modifications; prepare contract review records and obtain necessary management approvals.
* Draft contracts and make sure that company interests are well protected and risks are at acceptable levels.
* Draft memorandum of understandings, Non-disclosure agreement and other contractual documents.
* Responsible for preparing documentation for bid packages including checking scope documents cross checking to Main Contract, prequalification procedure, selection of bidders, bid analysis and monitoring and recording all stages of bid process to recommendation to award.
* Extensive use of Excel, Word and other Company Databases.
