Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

- Build clear objectives with a solid incentive plan for the first time after four years of working without any defined objectives. And support them in achieving that challenging goals.
- Increase the network liabilities by 25% in less than a year.
- Increase the cross-selling for cash management products from zero to 497 customers that is 160% of the year end goals.
- Increase the quality of the service provided in the branches to the internal & external customers.
- Assure all network members take the correct training needs & apply it in the daily work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all Branch activities in Marketing, Operations, Treasury, Credit and Personnel Administration in an organized and professional manner to ensure efficient services to Bank’s customers, profitable operations, strict controls and effective communication at all staff levels.
- Achieve Branch’s asset growth and earning objectives through implementation of the Strategic Plan recommending appropriate amendments where required.
- Maintain, and where needed, enhance the good image of the Bank through public relations, and delivery of high quality service.
- Identify, analyse an understand present and future market opportunities and/or trends with the objective of recommending to Senior Management suitable strategies and tactics to exploit them for sound and profitable growth.
- Lead, motivate and set the example for key officers in order to maintain high degree of professionalism, technical competence, commitment to institutional goals and loyalty.
- Keep Senior Management update on all aspects of Branch activities, regulatory environment and market conditions through adhoc and routine reporting.
- Directly supervise all internal control function of the Branch to ensure strict adherence to Bank Policies and Procedures.
- Manage and motivate staff for a variety of different tasks in addition to often communicating on a cross divisional basis.

Key Achievements:
- Established the first specialized branch in the eastern province for the Corporate & Commercial clients.
- Within three months I open many new accounts with * * million SR balance, and before the end of the first year I achieved * * * million SR in current accounts which exceed 400% of the target.
- Attract more than 30 new valuable companies (Small Business, Commercial & Corporate) asking for credit facilities within the first six months.
- Enhance a good image of the Bank and deliver a high quality service that amaze our customer.

Center Manager - Eastern Reg. Trading and Finance Group في AL RAJHI BANK

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of 30 employees across Dammam, Jubail and Hafr Al Batin, and reported to the sales manager in the head office in Riyadh.
- Implemented efficient working processes, administered account payable and receivables, and improved customer service in the bank.
- Resolved work-related problems and generated branch progress and monthly financial reports.
- Recruited competent staff identified their training needs and trained the personnel on job duties, and company policies.
- Ensured the bank’s policies and procedures are implemented according to established norms and recommended improvements.
Key Achievements:
-Instituted the Trading and Finance Group specializing in Islamic loan financing on June 1997 as founder patriarch. Achieved a record-breaking revenue growth of one Billion SR in 2000 of the group from a non- profit making division.
-Accelerated the Trading and finance group partaking in the bank profit from zero on 1997 to 80% on 2003 enjoying the most revenue generating division of the bank.
-Originated marketing plans that reversed previously recorded minimum sales achievement during the summer of 2001.
-Accredited the best quality center award and set a model center that was adopted kingdom wide. Devised and implemented best practices for total quality management.
-Increased customer satisfaction to 90% by conceptualizing perfect solutions to fit customer needs.
-Orchestrated a multimedia advertising and brand positioning strategy for the new Islamic product (Saudi shares) achieving 80% transference from car loans that exceeded the previous target, which was 50% at the end on 2002.
-Notably augmented the monthly sales in a record 2 month for the Dammam branch from less than 10 millions to over than 60 millions SR, and significantly improved the customer service of the bank across the kingdom within 6 months.
