• Identifying operational problems by deploying streamlined assessment methods, review of finances and accounts, standardizing quality operations and assessing performance results for effectively structuring the project execution processes.

Project Management:
• Providing leadership for all project requirements, working closely with end users to understand client requirements and with other engineering disciplines to develop and execute an effective project design strategy.
• Planning and offering comprehensive support to projects, developing a cost effective design schematics, implementing an innovative approach, and optimizing utilization of resources while maintaining budget constraints and schedules for new and existing projects.
• Supervising conceptual plans in in early stage of design, project proposals, project specifications and estimates for assigned projects in accordance with organizational guidelines/ client requirements.
• Identifying/analyzing design problems and recommending solutions/ alternate designs for smooth execution of all project activities within the scheduled deadline.
• Maintaining cordial relations with stakeholders including consultants, owners, contractors and senior management, preparing proposals and executing project plans including pricing, scheduling work and resource optimization.
• Selecting qualified and reputable consultant, using knowledge of best and most modern practices and codes to challenge design elements; thereby designating accountability for potential design-related issues.
• Monitoring, tracking projects risks and reporting to management, recommending processes to improve quality and efficiency of projects, assisting with planning, execution, and administration of managing project budgets.
