*Developing feasible demand and supply balance scenario(s) which are the basis for the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) platform discussion. The SIP is the owner of the S&OP process and as such responsible for mid-term securing of product availability and optimizing working capital inventory. In addition, he is responsible for continuous improvement of the S&OP process and supply network optimization, optimizing run length, and stock levels.
*Developing planning tools in support of a global organization’s operations. Contributes to maximizing the business revenues against minimal costs and working capital, by matching the polymer demand of his assigned Business Unit with supply capabilities, production constraints, inventory and operations, thus securing an uninterrupted order intake process.
*Aligns the supply scenario(s) with Logistics Planning .Generates/confirms the replenishment orders to initiate inventory deployment. The scope of the work is all supply chain planning within a business of the Polymers SBU with the overall objective to ensure high capability according to the defined service levels.
• Develop, review and update procedures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and SABIC SHEM (Safety, Health, Environment, Security Management) -Environment standards. Conduct Self Audits / internal audits as per SHEM for Environmental Standards of Element & Sub-elements. Review & analyse Self Audit reports and develop action plan. Ensure its completions in a timely manner
• Monitor and evaluate the company environmental performance in all activities related to air, water, and solid waste streams.
• Prepare environmental monthly reports for compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assisted with process engineering in preparing environmental information report for obtaining the environmental operating permit from regulatory.
• Provide support and guidance to operation units and Technical for normal operations, Turn-Around, new and modified facilities to insure compliance with environmental requirements. Performs facility tours to ensure that required procedures are being followed, attending meetings with operations as and when required
• Support EHS Manager in ensuring that SHE management systems and operational control procedures that are in compliance to SABIC SHEM Standards & RC 14001.
• Maintain Contact and good working relations with environmental groups and outside organizations such as SABIC, SABIC Affiliates, Royal Commission, Environmental Contractors, etc.
• Awareness training to the employees and contractor employees on Environmental requirement.
• Participate in environmental risk assessment and Root Cause Analysis as a team member. Track and monitor for recommendations implementations.
• Laboratory in charge - Bachelor engineering graduate and diploma in chemical engineering students
• Teaching - Diploma students on Chemical Engineering, projects assignments, discussions, evaluation, and until awarding the grade
• Co-up student: Monitoring their training, performance, track their training improvement, evaluation and submission of the student overall performance final report.
• I worked as a technical assistant (April, 2008 - July, 2011) and project engineer (July, 2011- April, 2013) in the following research projects; Production of Carbon Nano Tubes, CNT and Nano Powder
