Highlights:
• Construction and concrete repairing for specific zones in the following projects:-
*1st project (National Guard family housing compound) at Thuwal, Jeddah, KSA. With AZMEEL CO.
The project contains 500 villas.
*2nd project (Al-SHOUROQ) at King Abdullah economic city, Jeddah, KSA. With Al gedrawy CO.
The project contains 112 building, every building has 4 floors.
*3rd project (Tala Garden Compound) at King Abdullah economic city, Jeddah, KSA. With AL-Arrab CO.
The project contains 180 villas.
*4th project Underpass Proofex engage from FOSROC with CCECC, Jeddah, KSA
The underpass length is 1750 meters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage more than 35 labors with help of 2 foremen at the mentioned projects.
• Ensure that all safety norms and quality measures are being followed.
• Make sure that the project proceeds on time. Arrange for working overtime if the project is lagging
behind.
• Requesting the required material, machines.
• Daily feeding in ABSAR CO. System.
• Daily reports raised to my executive manager.
• Achieving monthly target of more than 500, 000 R.S.
• Meeting consultants, and achieving quality requirements.
•Management projects time schedules, costs & labors, using software programs.
• Preparing projects activities as per the contract.
• Preparing Labor schedules, materials, and machines for each activity.
• Supervising the sub-Contractors works and preparing invoices according to executed works.

• Expert knowledge of civil engineering and awareness towards safety measures and quality parameters
• Skilled at operating the civil engineering equipment such as excavators, mixers, etc.
• Ability to communicate to pacify aggrieved clients and maintain cordial relations with all associates

• Comfortable traveling extensively and the ability to sustain harsh weather conditions.
• Manage the work done in the site based on the available equipment, people and materials.
• Manage the occupational health and safety plans and ensure all instructions are done.
• Review the designs and drawings and make sure that it is matching with the project civil plan.
• Works with other site engineers and construction manager in the inspections and collections of information.
• Prepare the project equipment plan in terms of equipment, machines and materials and get the approval of the site project manager and manage the supply based on the time plan.
•Perform work under close supervision, or provide support to more experienced personnel.
•Perform analyses and design required for minor structures, systems and equipment items.
•Prepare sketches and diagrams for use by technicians. Review and check detailed drawings and layouts.
•Perform construction monitoring and coordinate field activities.
•Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Assist the chief site engineers in overseeing the progress of the construction projects and guiding the project teams.
Structural Works
1.Study the approved shop-drawings
2.Maintain and record daily site events
3.Inspections for steel reinforcements of structure elements as per design drawings.
4. Dealing with different form works.
5. Supervision on concrete works for slabs to maintain the required levels and quality
6.Report technical issues and problems to the section Engineer.
Finishing Works
1. Dealing with subcontractors and site Inspections for Block and plaster work to maintain the construction as the desired shop-drawings and required quality.
2. Supervision on Paint works.
3. Supervision on Ceiling works to maintain quality and levels required.
4. Supervision on wall and floor ceramic works.
5. Report technical issues for both section engineer and construction manager.
Highlights:-
• Construction of end bearing piles for large building.

• Undertaking surveys.
• Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
• Supervising contracted staff.
• Providing technical advice.

Highlights:
• Construction of reinforced concrete wall with height of 9.00 m.
• There was 2.50 m difference between the two levels and it was 4.50 km.
