Ensuring duly filled checklists for all the activities as per approved Quality Assurance
Plans.
Getting clearances from client (TA&QC dept. KPTCL & PGCIL) for waived off supply
materials through joint inspection with the client at our projects.
Carrying out material inspection and witnessing the routine tests at vendor’s factory for
other projects.
Customer invoicing, certification and timely collection of payments from client for both
projects as per the target set by the
ISO 9001:2008, Six-sigma concepts, Material
Procurement, Business Co-ordination, Project monitoring,
invoicing, project completion.
Break down maintenance, Preventive maintenance, , Problem solving and troubleshooting CNC
& SPM MACHINES, Team leader, Shift Handling, Scheduling Preventive maintenance, Critical
spares planning, Why-Why analysis, FMEA, FTA, documentation of EHS records, QS & TS

PM adherence achieved from 80% to 100%
XLN Crank case cell - relay carbonized phenomena eliminated for the past
four months thru TBM
Robo encoder failure elimination in OMT paint shop by introduction flexible
coupling
PLC malfunction elimination in Boring (A7) & Drilling (A10)m/c’s by upgrading to
high PLC
MTTR reduction by replacing Limit switch to proximity conversion in (A7) fine
boring m/c from 1 hour to 15 mins
Energy saving in OMT paint shop by providing power cut off timers.
Successfully completed the supplies enabling to commission the following
Project well ahead of Contract completion schedule.
400 kV Bay extension works in Nellore PG, Hosur, Gooty & Thiruvalam
