LSH is a database development in-house firm with more than 10+ years of experience. Our firm uses Oracle Technology and develops bespoke databases. For Back-End, we use Oracle Database Server 10g/11g and for Front-End, Oracle Developer 6i/Developer Suite 10g/ Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) 10g and 11g. In addition to these, we do customization and personalization in various modules of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
Major Achievements
•Providing Techno-Functional role in post implementation support and bug fixing for custom developed applications (forms & reports 6i/10g/11g) also maintaining End-User Training Manuals.
•Worked on a major migrations/conversion project at Rocky Real Estate Dubai for Forms/reports 6i to Forms/Reports 11g.
•Installation & configuration of Oracle Database 10g/11g R2, 12c, 18c.
•Installation & configuration of Oracle Web Logic Server 11g (10.3.5) 12c.
•Installation & configuration of Oracle Forms/Reports 10g/11g/12c.
•Configuration related to domain setup (Web logic/Forms/Reports Integration).
•Migration of Oracle Database 8i/9i to 10g/11g R2 with import/export utility.

Accounting Information System for 72 Local Support Organizations (LSOs) through Al-Ahad Techno Associates Gilgit Pakistan. This is a complete accounting system which enables the users of LSO to enter their data at journal journals and generate the accounting standard reports (General Ledger, Trail Balance, Financial Statement and Balance Sheet
Government of Gilgit Baltistan. Data was taken from 9 districts of Gilgit-Baltistan by Food Department through census. Database was designed in Oracle Database Server 10g for back-end and Developer Suite 10 was used for front-end. This software enables the authorised users to enter new data, modify data and generate the reports at mohallah, village, tehsil and district levels of details list as well as summery reports. And I was also responsible to enter all data and submit the detailed and summary list at district level

•Assisted the National HMIS Section of the Federal Program Implementation Unit (FPIU) in a country-wide system implementation.
•Designed and conducted training sessions for National Program Managers / Supervisors in interpretation / analysis of computerized feedback reports and use information in managerial decision-making.
•Extended technical support to the Federal Ministry of Health and the Provincial Health Departments in a successful functioning of HMIS.
Major Achievements:
Redesigned the existing DOS-based National Health Management Information System (HMIS) Software for Ministry of Health, Govt. of Pakistan Y2K compliant before entering new millennium.
Redesigned and developed a windows-based National HMIS Software for the same.
Ensured the software installation and conducted subsequent computer staff training of the provincial HMIS staff.
