Responsibilities Includes :
• Prepared month-end accounting of financial statements while maintaining the expenses are incurred in line with the budget and Collected and reported monthly expense variances and explanations.
• Prepared year-end financial statements and relevant schedules and liaise with auditors and providing them required information when needed.
• Maintain supporting schedules to assist with preparation of MIS and Board presentations on monthly basis.
• Monitor the receivable collections periodically, analyze accounts receivable aging report and recommend and implement action plan for overdue accounts.
• Prepared monthly and annual income and expense budgets, including any necessary recommended action required to manage costs to achieve budget.
• Prepared and ensure that VAT, NBT, ESC, EPF, ETF and Stamp duty payments are made on time and submit the tax return for the quarter.
• Follow up and monitor the fixed asset register CAPEX and maintaining the timely record.
• Managed accounting operations, accounting close, account reporting and reconciliations.
• Provided authorization for the Purchase requisition and purchase invoices in the system.
Responsibilities Includes :
• Assist preparation and analysis of financial reports which include income and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist establishment and coordination of accounting control procedures.
• Ensure intercompany accounts are properly maintained and reconciled monthly.
• Cash flow management and the financial management using forecasts and business plans.
• Analyze the revenue and expenditure trends in details to recommend appropriate budget levels and control expenditure.
• Manage payments through the online banking facility according to cash flow constraints.
• Liaise with management on funding of operations.
Responsibilities Includes :
• Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization's objectives and goals to be met.
• Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provide recommendations for improving the organization's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
• Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures.
• Maintains open communication with management and the audit committee
