Worked as a site secretary and administrative assistant all the time fulfilling projects duties.
• Doing usual secretary duties for many projects like writing letters, notes, reports, meetings minutes, troubleshoot and self-maintaining for computers, printers, phone systems, and networks.
• (HR) of employees and labors, also I worked as petty cash accounting and following up productivities and delivering salaries to labors.
• Following up company's invoices with the projects’ owners (Government Agencies) until cashed and following up submittals of projects (plans and materials) with the consultant until approved.
• Worked as showroom sales associate alongside credit sales contracts & following up deliveries slips.
• Worked also as procurer from national vendors and worked also as cashier too.
• Well-knowledge of building materials and industrial tools.
• Worked on Microsoft Great Plains eEnterprise System.
English language diploma.
